We understand it may feel like a big decision to seek counselling. We offer a free 30 minute informal telephone conversation; which allows the client and counsellor to gain more information.
It may be helpful to prepare for this by considering what your expectations from counselling and any questions you may have. This should give you an idea if you are to continue your counselling journey with Serenity.
